Customer Service Representative I/Teller
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Teller for the Main Office. Candidates will be proficient in all aspects of cash handling, managing and balancing a teller drawer and experience with positively resolving customer issues. Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service is required.

    Responsibilities:
  • Working with the bank’s customers (face to face) handling financial transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing and balancing a teller drawer.

    Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months recent cash handling experience and one year of customer service experience in a face to face retail environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to include:
    1. professional grammar and demeanor
    2. positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Willingness to periodically work other branch locations required.

SQL Server Administrator
Third Federal Savings & Loan Association is seeking a Senior SQL Server Administrator, with strong technical skills, good customer service skills and desire to expand skills. As a SQL Server administrator, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, and administration of multiple SQL Server databases. The successful candidate will also be involved in future upgrades, working with .Net Developers and engineering performance recommendations.

    Responsibilities:
  • Install and manage multiple SQL server databases.
  • Assist Management with design decisions involving database platforms.
  • Assist developers with code to access databases.
  • Optimize and monitor database performance.
  • Participate on project teams.
  • Troubleshoot database issues.
  • Maintain database backups.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans.
  • Assist in maintaining and administration of Oracle databases.
  • Assist in patching and maintaining Oracle applications.

    Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science or related field (work experience will be considered).
  • 4+ years of hands on SQL Server experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Windows 2003 Server.
  • Competent in overseeing the integration of databases.
  • Competent in relocating code base to new servers.
  • Competent in building and configuration management of databases.
  • Competent in building multiple databases/instances, and database clustering.
  • Competent in creating SQL scripts.
  • Competent in updating test database systems.
  • Linux and Oracle experience is preferable.
  • Good written and verbal skills.
  • Strong database design background.
  • Strong Team and organization skills.
  • Experience designing disaster recovery and contingency planning.
  • Microsoft SQL server training and or certifications preferred.

Manager of Facilities & Building Administration
Specific Duties: Coordinates the activities and personnel of the Facilities Maintenance/ Building Administration group. This includes all aspects of planning, organizing, and managing. Supervise and plan maintenance repair work, preventative maintenance, alterations, remodeling, minor and major construction, installation and servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment and building systems. Follow-up on assigned tasks for completion. Oversee facilities and interact with all building utilities including fire system, heating/cooling, and building grounds. Develops short and long term departmental goals, which support the goals of the organization. Manages supplies/purchasing, building leasing/rental and renewal, vendor selection and performance . Orders needed materials, supplies, and parts. Will implement the use of outside specialty contractors as circumstances indicate. Provides “hands-on” project management of capital projects and maintenance activities, as assigned. Coordinate staff with regard to building emergency situations and provide assistance when warranted. Assures the facility and grounds are maintained in an excellent state of repair and appearance at all times. Develops and enhances the Preventative Maintenance program. Coordinates the activities of contractors and vendors with all appropriate departments to assure projects and project activities do not interfere with productivity and are performed in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Requires a four-year degree in an engineering/technical discipline or equivalent in work experience. Additional courses in business and personnel relations would be a plus. Requires 5 - 7 years experience as a manager in a maintenance environment responsible for the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment. Multiple/remote site leasing experience is required. Requires a general knowledge of the operation and maintenance of the following types of equipment: Commercial Electrical Systems; Chillers; Boilers; Cooling Towers: HVAC systems; Building utilities; and Automated control systems to monitor the above. Requires the proven ability to solve administrative and technical problems related to the daily operation of the Bank utilizing analytical skills and the input of direct reports.
